Terms


We hope you are happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you have a problem, please email us as soon as possible. We are passionate about our customer services, and will do everything we can to assist you, and rectify any problems you may have. If you wish to return any items, we will refund or exchange the product, provided it is returned in a fully re-saleable condition.


Returns Policy:


We accept returns providing you return the item to us within 28 days, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will also refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted. You must let us know within seven working days from the day after the goods were received that you wish to return goods. Once delivery has been made and the seven working days has expired, refunds and exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights. In the interests of hygiene, earrings and pierced body jewellery are non-returnable.


Cancellation Policy:


Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling regulations), you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order in writing.


THE ABOVE POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS).


Delivery:


Orders received before 1pm are usually posted the same day Monday to Friday, and are usually sent 1st or 2nd Class post via The Royal Mail, except Larger items or orders, these are usually sent by courier, usually myHermes, sometimes we also use Yodel (DHL), or Parcel Force and are booked for next day collection if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. Overseas orders are usually shipped using UPS.


All our prices either include post and packaging or it's free. This applies to the United Kingdom only except to the following destinations and postcodes: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands are classed as International destinations. Please email us for prices to countries outside the United Kingdom, and the above destinations.


We ship to most parts of the world, including: USA, Canada, Channel Islands, Far East, Australia, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Republic of Ireland, if your country is not listed please email us to enquire before ordering.


Stock Availability:


All orders are subject to availability. Whilst we do our best to up date our website on a daily basis, it may not always be possible to notify you the availability of our items.


Payment Options:


Payments can be made securely using your credit/debit card through PayPal. We also accept cheques and postal orders. Cheques received from outside the UK must be made out in Pounds Sterling, and are subject to a £10 bank admin charge. We would not recommend sending payment by cash.
